
Chicken samsa

Samsa is usually made with puff pastry. The filling is typically meat-based, with a generous amount of onion that gives these pastries their juiciness. We will prepare samosas using puff pastry. You can make the dough yourself or use store-bought. If the dough is frozen, take it out in advance and let it thaw.

Our filling is chicken fillet—you can use chicken breasts or thigh fillet. Wash and dry the fillet.

Peel and dice the onion.

Mix the chicken fillet with the onion. Add salt, pepper, and cumin. Mix thoroughly.
