Moonshine on linden flowers
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's best to collect linden flowers far away from roads and industrial areas. You can dry the flowers slightly before steeping to allow them to fully release their aroma. Use linden honey as well, as it will enhance the floral fragrance. However, like any herbal infusion, it may cause allergic reactions. If honey is unsuitable for any reason, replace it with sugar. Serve chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making lime blossom moonshine. Collect the flowers in dry weather and dry them slightly to enhance their aroma. To do this, simply leave them overnight at room temperature.

Place the prepared linden flowers into a clean, dry jar and add honey.

Pour the moonshine into the jar and close it tightly. Then shake the jar to dissolve the honey completely.

Store the jar in a dark place for seven days. Shake the contents once a day.

Strain the finished tincture through several layers of gauze and pour it into a bottle. Close the bottle tightly and store it in a cool place for another three days.
