Moonshine from sugar beets
Description
This alcoholic beverage turns out very clean and smooth. It's not too bitter and pairs perfectly with boiled potatoes and fish. To ensure success, it's important to distill the liquid properly. But the most crucial point is: the beetroot must be thoroughly washed and cleaned, as this will directly affect the taste. Good luck with your preparation!

Step 4

Leave the mash in a warm place for a week. During this time, all impurities will settle. Distill the moonshine and filter it. Cool it down—and taste it.
