Moonshine from wheat without yeast
Description
Here is a classic recipe for making moonshine from wheat without yeast. Before consumption, the finished drink should be purified using activated charcoal. Crush the charcoal tablets into powder. Use 50 grams of powder per liter of drink. Mix the charcoal with the moonshine and place it in a warm spot for one week, then filter and run it through the still again. Good luck

Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the wheat, removing all debris and dust from the grains. Pour 15 liters of water over the wheat.

Step 2

Add 1.5 kg of sugar and place the wheat in a warm spot for germination. Sprouts will appear in 2–3 days. Add another 15 liters of water and 5 kg of sugar, then mix well. Leave in a warm place for 10 days.

Step 3

Transfer the mash into a suitable container, such as a barrel or carboy. Attach an airlock (or a glove with a small hole) on top and let it ferment for 7 days at a temperature between 18 and 24 degrees. In the second case: as soon as the glove deflates, proceed to the distillation process.
