Thoroughly wash the potatoes.

Peel it and grate on a grater.

Place the grated potatoes into boiled water (60 degrees Celsius). Add flour and a small amount of crushed wheat straw. Mix thoroughly. Once the mixture lightens in color, drain the water into a separate container. Pour fresh water (50 degrees Celsius) over the mixture and let it steep for slightly longer than the first time. Then, drain the liquid and combine it with the "first drain." Add yeast (100 grams per 5 liters of liquid). Mix well and let it ferment for 10–15 days.
