Moonshine from pears
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use overripe, soft, and even slightly spoiled fruits. First, cut the fruits into small cubes, removing seeds, cores, stems, and any spoiled parts. 1. Puree the pear pieces until smooth. You can use kitchen appliances, a grater, or a meat grinder. 2. In a large container, combine the pulp with half of the water. Stir gently. 3. Slightly heat some water and dissolve the yeast in it. 4. Gently heat the remaining water to dissolve the sugar. 5. Now everything is ready. Combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly. 6. Place the container in a warm spot to allow the yeast to ferment. 7. If possible, stir the mixture gently every day. Fermentation will take about 7–10 days. 8. Once the mash is ready, proceed to the main step: making pear moonshine at home. 9. After distillation, you'll get about 7 liters of spirit. Once cooled, it's ready to taste. The result is very aromatic, delicious, and quite attractive.
