The easiest pizza with sausage
Description
The simplest sausage pizza can even be made without cheese. You can use any sausage, but salami makes the pizza especially delicious. I happen to have salami slices—thick rounds of this tasty Italian sausage. I always spread the pizza base with grated tomatoes (I recommend sprinkling the base with fresh or dried basil) or ready-made tomato purée. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the base. For this, in a bowl mix the sifted (mandatory!) flour with baking powder. Add cooled boiled water, olive oil, and a little salt. Knead the dough. It should be soft and elastic.

Step 2
Roll out the dough (0.5 cm thick). Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 3
Spread the pizza base with grated tomatoes or tomato purée.

Step 4
Slice the sausage into rounds (if you have a sausage loaf rather than pre-sliced) and place it on the base.

Step 5
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes. The simplest sausage pizza is ready!
