Description

Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. I used only red peppers, but if you use yellow, green, or orange ones, the sauce will turn out brighter and more festive. Those who like spicy food can add some red chili pepper. This is a very tasty and attractive dish. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

    The following ingredients are required to prepare the salsa: bell pepper, garlic, onion, parsley, lemon, salt, and sunflower oil.

    Wash the pepper and bake it. I did this in the microwave for 5 minutes. You can also bake it in a regular oven, which will take about 20-25 minutes.
