
**Salo in Adjika**
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. For this recipe, you will need dry adjika and ready-made adjika, preferably with a bit of heat. Salting the pork fatback will take up to four days; after that, you can try it, but before slicing it is worth putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours. You can serve the pork fatback with bread, onion, and garlic. It can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare the ingredients.

In a small container, mix the salt, dry adjika, and dry garlic. Rub all the fatback with the salt and spices on every side.

Next, coat the salo on all sides with adjika.

Wrap the lard in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3–4 days. After that, move it to the freezer for 3–4 hours, then slice and serve.
