Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. My husband, of course, is delighted with it. It's right up his alley. The interesting part is that the minced meat mixture includes buckwheat with onions. The grain binds the ground liver together. As a result, you get both a main course and a side dish at the same time. Liver is a very nutritious ingredient; I recommend everyone include it in their diet at least a couple of times a month. Don't be afraid to try something new. The ready dish can now be served.
