Salad dressings
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. Even a simple vegetable salad with just a couple of ingredients will come alive with vibrant flavors when paired with any of these dressings. These salad dressings are easy and quick to prepare. I'll show you. The sauce is ready. Store in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
Instructions

Step 1
Recipe for the simplest dressing: pour any vegetable oil into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add your favorite herbs. There's no need to chop them—they will release their aroma anyway. You can also add a chili pepper pod to the jar. Be sure to wash and dry the herbs thoroughly to prevent the dressing from spoiling. Let the oil steep for 1–2 days. This dressing can be stored for up to 1 month.

Step 2
For the second dressing, you will need plain yogurt without additives or flavorings, 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mustard, pepper, and salt to taste. Blend the dressing with a mixer until smooth. It's ready.

Step 3
Recipe for another one of my favorite dressings: blend egg yolks, lemon juice, sour cream, horseradish, sugar, and salt with a blender and use to dress your salad.
