
Shrimp Salad in Tartlet Shells
Description
Perfect for the table and drinks. A fresh, tender, and delicious vegetable salad with shrimp makes an excellent light appetizer. You can serve it in traditional tartlet shells, or make the shells yourself using phyllo dough. They look very original and appetizing on the table, so they’re sure to become the highlight of your festive menu. A light dressing and a wonderful combination of ingredients—a great idea. Serve the appetizer at the table.

1. Cut the dough into small squares. Place in ovenproof molds and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

2. Boil the shrimp in salted water. You can add a bay leaf and allspice for aroma.

3. Cool and peel the shrimp.

4. Wash and pat dry the avocado and cucumber.

5. Cut them into small cubes and add them to the shrimp.

6. To make the dressing, combine olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. Add a little salt and, if desired, a pinch of pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

7. Pour the dressing into the salad bowl.

8. Add your favorite herbs if desired and gently mix everything together.
