Herring in Tomato Sauce
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. The dish is not difficult to make at all. Instead of bell pepper, you can add a piece of cheese, sautéed vegetables, or simply roll up empty rolls. Tomato juice can be replaced with tomato paste diluted to the consistency of juice. Serve cold as an appetizer, or hot with your favorite side dish as a main course.
