Description
Homemade baking for tea. This little cake combines the lightness of yeasted dough, a rich buttery flavor, and an incredibly crunchy sugar crust. Prepare the ingredients.

First, slightly heat the milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and the yeast to it. Stir and let it sit for 10–15 minutes.

Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and whisk them.

Add 75 grams of butter.

And vanilla sugar. Beat everything until smooth.

Add salt and about a cup of sifted flour.

Pour the milk with the yeast.

Mix everything until homogeneous. The dough should not turn out tough. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

Mix the remaining butter with sugar and refrigerate.

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth it out. Let it rest for another 30 minutes.

Place butter with sugar on top of the dough and put the tray into an oven preheated to 180 °C.
