Sugar syrup for cocktails
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This simple recipe for sugar syrup for cocktails will be very useful for everyone who, like me, enjoys hosting parties and inviting friends over. Of course, you can buy such syrup at the store, but if we're making cocktails ourselves, why not make the syrup at home too? To be honest, preparing sugar syrup for cocktails at home is not difficult at all—absolutely anyone can handle it. Besides cocktails, you can also add this syrup to baked goods or make yourself a delicious cup of coffee. 1) Begin preparing the syrup by measuring out all the necessary ingredients. If you need to make more syrup, simply increase the quantity of ingredients. Generally, regular sugar, brown sugar, and water are taken in a 1:1:2 ratio. 2) Pour the water into a saucepan and place it over medium heat. 3) As soon as the liquid starts to heat up, gradually add the regular and brown sugar, stirring constantly. 4) Once all the sugar has been added, reduce the heat and continue heating the mixture until the sugar granules dissolve completely. 5) Heat the syrup to just below boiling point, but do not let it boil (no foam should form on the surface). Remove the hot syrup from the heat and let it cool down. Then pour it into a jar, cover with a lid, and store in the refrigerator. The ready-to-use syrup is now prepared and can be served.
