Georgian-style satsivi
Description
Homemade sauce is simple and quick to prepare. There are many recipes for satsivi. Traditionally, turkey meat is used, but satsivi can also be made with chicken. The dish is typically served cold (although it can also be served warm), with various spices providing the main note of piquancy. To prepare Georgian-style satsivi, I recommend using a whole chicken (if that's not possible, use chicken wings). Serve chilled or at room temperature.
