Chicken satsivi in a multicooker
Description
Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. The Georgian dish satsivi is one of my favorites. You can serve it either cold or hot—it depends on your preferences. To prepare chicken satsivi in a multicooker, you'll need chicken thighs (although this is not crucial). You can also use chicken wings or legs. Be sure to use plenty of Georgian spices, the more the better. See how to prepare chicken satsivi in a multicooker below.
Instructions

Step 1

Chop the herbs and grind the nuts in a meat grinder or blender. Wash the chicken and cut into pieces. Layer the ingredients in the multicooker bowl: chicken, nuts, onion.

Step 2

Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper on top.

Step 3

Pour 1/3 of a multicooker cup of liquid. Set to "Stewing" mode for 2 hours. After 2 hours, your satsivi is ready! Serve it as a side dish or on its own. For example, you can serve it with pasta, garnished with fresh herbs. )
