Description

Homemade sauce recipe. Let's prepare satsebeli with chicken broth at home. The sauce turns out excellent, even though this is my own interpretation! This satsebeli goes well with almost any meat or poultry dishes. Try making it—I'm sure you'll like it! Good luck

    Finely chop the cilantro with a knife.

    Add garlic, pressed through a garlic press, to the cilantro. Also add khmeli-suneli, pepper, adjika, and pour in vinegar.

    Using a wooden pestle, mash all the ingredients.
