Rösti with lightly salted fish and horseradish sauce
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. It is very simple, made from the most readily available ingredients. Crispy potato pancakes made from two kinds of potato (boiled and raw) are served with a tangy sauce of sour cream and horseradish. Slices of lightly salted red fish add to this treat, though they can be replaced with pieces of herring. Try it—it is very delicious. Serve with herbs and sauce.
