Chanterelles in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here's how to cook boletus mushrooms in a multicooker: 1. Rinse the mushrooms and place them in a colander. 2. Once the excess liquid has drained, cut the mushrooms into small pieces. 3. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. 4. Finely chop the onion. 5. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Heat the multicooker using the "Baking" or "Frying" program for 40 minutes. 6. Add the chopped onion to the heated oil and sauté for 5 minutes. 7. Then add the grated carrot to the multicooker. Fry, stirring occasionally. 8. Add the chopped mushrooms to the multicooker. Fry without closing the lid so that the mushroom sauce reduces slightly. 9. Pour sour cream into the multicooker. Add salt, pepper, and any spices to taste. Mix everything well. Simmer the mushrooms in sour cream until fully cooked. 10. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped fresh herbs, mix, and let it steep for a few more minutes. Serve hot with boiled or fried potatoes, rice, or as a standalone dish.
