    Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add the sifted flour with salt and knead the dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. When risen, add two egg yolks and vegetable oil, knead again, and let it rise once more.

    Prepare the fish fillet by cutting it into pieces or grinding it in a blender. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Also chop the green onion.
