Fish pie in a multicooker

120 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Delicious baked dish for the whole family. The pie filling can be made from a variety of ingredients: potatoes, vegetables, mushrooms, cheese, etc. I decided to go with canned food with onions—the pie turned out wonderfully. It bakes in a multicooker for about 85 minutes and is perfect for entertaining guests or treating the whole family.

Instructions

    Step 1

    1. This pie is not difficult to prepare at all. The main time-consuming part is making the dough. I suggest a classic recipe for a fish pie cooked in a multicooker. First, put the eggs to boil, and drain the canned fish in a colander to remove excess liquid. Then, peel the onion.

    2. Mix the eggs, canned fish, and onion. Then season well with pepper and salt to taste. Optionally, you can add spices.

    3. In a separate deep bowl, combine kefir, eggs, salt, and sugar. Whisk thoroughly with a whisk (not a mixer!), then add flour and baking soda (can be substituted with baking powder). Mix everything well and proceed to the main part of our work.

    4. Grease the inner pot of the multicooker with oil before transferring the batter. Pour in a little batter and spread it evenly across the container. Only after this step should you add the filling.

    5. The final step is to "cover" the filling with the remaining layer of dough. I used the "Bake" setting.

    6. Bake the pie for about 65 minutes, then another 20 minutes on the other side. After turning off the oven, let the pie cool slightly, then carefully remove it onto a serving plate using spatulas. Garnish the pie with herbs.
