1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil. Place the fish pieces skin-side down in the dish, season with salt and pepper, and lightly drizzle with milk.

2. Peel the potatoes, place them in a pot, and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt to the water and bring to a boil. When the potatoes start boiling, put the fish in the oven. Grate the cheese. After 20 minutes, drain the potatoes and let them sit in the pot without the lid.

3. Remove the fish from the oven and drain the milk. Set it aside to make mashed potatoes. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Using two forks, break the fish into small pieces. Separate the fish from the skin. Spread the fish evenly onto a dish.

4. Add butter, a little salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Add 3/4 of the milk you drained from the fish. Mash the potatoes until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk.
