Quick fish pie
Description
Ideally suited for tea and coffee. One of the go‑to dishes in my bachelor kitchen is a quick fish pie. Puff pastry is always in the freezer, canned fish in the drawer. We take it, literally ten minutes of effort, put it in the oven – and anticipate a very tasty meal. Personally, the quick fish pie recipe always saves me when I’m too lazy to make something more complicated, but still want to eat. I hope this recipe will also come to your rescue ;) Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
