
Fish meatballs in sauce
Description
Fish meatballs in sauce turn out very tender when prepared this way. Fish meatballs in sauce make a delicious dish that is quick and easy to prepare. If I make a large batch of meatball semi-finished products at once, I freeze them. Fish meatballs in sauce can be eaten on their own, sprinkled with herbs, or served with any side dish you like.

Wash and clean the fish fillet. Blend it in a blender until smooth.

Crumble the bread very finely (you can soak it in water for a few minutes beforehand) and add it to the fish mince.

Grate the zest from one lemon and add it to the filling as well.

Beat the egg white and add it to the meat mixture. If the mixture appears too dry, add some milk or water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape into meatballs. Fry them in a pan for 10 minutes.

Prepare the sauce for meatballs. Fry the flour until it turns creamy in color, add butter and mix.

Into the flour, add sour cream, juice of one lemon, and water, mix without removing from the stove. Add egg yolk and spices to taste to the sauce. Reduce the heat.

Place the meatballs into the sauce and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Done!
