Cut the pangasius fillet into small pieces, squeeze out the excess liquid, and place it in the blender attachment, adding the onion. Blend thoroughly.

Beat the eggs and pour them into the meat. Add 2-3 tablespoons of semolina as well. Salt to taste and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture stand for a while so the semolina absorbs excess moisture and the meatballs hold their shape.
