
Fish pancakes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pancakes made according to this recipe can be prepared from any fish. Tender, juicy, and very tasty, they are good in any variation. Prepare all the ingredients.

Blend the fish fillet in a blender or with a meat grinder.

Add the soft part of a loaf, soaked in milk or water, an egg, any finely chopped fresh herbs, flour, salt, spices, and 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Mix everything well until it reaches a uniform consistency.

Form patties from the minced meat and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.

While the pancakes are baking, prepare the sauce. To do this, combine sour cream or yogurt with garlic pressed through a press, lemon juice, salt, spices, and olive oil. Mix. The sauce is ready.
