Fish cutlets in breadcrumbs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can make breaded fish patties for a family dinner or any festive occasion. You can use any type of fish or ready-made fish mince, depending on your preferences. As breading, I will use plain, additive-free dry breadcrumbs. You can use store-bought seasoned breadcrumbs or make homemade breading from stale bread yourself. The finished dish can be served at the table.
