Fish cutlets in Redmond multicooker
Description
Fish patties cooked in a Redmond multicooker at home are enjoyed even by children (a note for parents). Everyone knows about the health benefits of fish, and when this dish is prepared by steaming, it retains the maximum amount of beneficial nutrients. In addition, this cooking method makes them even healthier.

Step 1

1. There's no need to talk about the benefits of fish, as it is a highly valuable product. To prepare this dish, we will need hake or its fillet (sometimes I use pollock). If we have a whole fish, we separate the fillet, cut it into pieces, and mince it in a meat grinder or blender.

Step 2

2. Add egg, salt, pepper, softened bread, and a little butter to our minced meat. Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes uniform.

Step 3

3. Now shape the cutlets to your desired size and place them in the multicooker bowl. Don't forget to add a few multicooker measuring cups of water to the bottom container and select the "Steam cooking" mode. Now all that's left is to wait until the appliance completes its task.

Step 4

4. After some time, homemade fish patties cooked in a Redmond multicooker can be served with a side dish. You can prepare mashed potatoes, rice, or any other grain as you prefer. Garnish with fresh herbs and sliced vegetables.
