Fish cutlets in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you've recently bought a multicooker and still don't know what and how to do with it, then I, as someone with extensive experience in this matter, will tell you. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, cut the fillet into small pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Now we need to mince them into a ground meat consistency. We can do this using a meat grinder or a blender.
- 3
Step 3

We peel the onion and finely chop it, or alternatively, grate it on a fine grater. Then we add it to the fish mince.
- 4
Step 4

Soak the bread in a small amount of milk or water and leave for 10-15 minutes to soften.
- 5
Step 5

After the time has elapsed, squeeze the bread and add it to the mince, then break in one egg. Season with salt and sprinkle with spices.
- 6
Step 6

Thoroughly mix all ingredients until smooth.
- 7
Step 7

Now shape the mixture into neat patties and coat them in flour. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and place the patties inside. Set the multicooker to the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes. Fry the patties for 20 minutes on each side with the lid open.

Step 8

Then close the lid of the multicooker and cook the meatballs for another 10-15 minutes. The ready meatballs go well with any side dish.
