Fish cutlets with squid
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Durum flour is a coarse grind of hard wheat varieties and is mainly used for pasta, but it can be substituted with semolina. Breadcrumbs can also be replaced with semolina, resulting in a denser and crispier crust for the cutlets. Serve hot.
