Description
Jewish-style fish patties can be served as an appetizer or as a main dish. Tender fish patties with vegetables and herbs turn out very juicy. You can use any fish for the mince, or even a mixture of several types of fish, but I especially like lean pike. Today I'm sharing the recipe.
Instructions

Step 1

Pass the pike fillet through a meat grinder. Add fried onion and breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Wash the carrots and parsley and finely chop. Add to the minced meat.

Form patties from the minced meat.

Step 6

Place the patties in a baking dish, garnish with a slice of carrot, pour in the broth, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
