Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For a diet, use lean fish. Cream can be replaced with homemade whole milk. The taste of the patties can be varied with different spices. Good luck! And now let me tell you, the ready dish can be served at the table.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the cutlets. If the fish is frozen, take it out of the freezer in advance and thaw it in a bag at room temperature. Peel the onion.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Break the bread into pieces and pour over the cream. Leave it for a while to soak. The fat content of the cream does not affect the taste, it only increases the calorie content of the patties.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Cut the onion into 4 parts. Separate the fish from the skin and bones.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Place the fish fillet, onion, bread soaked in cream, salt, and egg into the blender container. Process until a minced mixture forms.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

With wet hands, shape the minced meat into patties and place them on the steaming rack of a multicooker or steamer. If the mixture turns out too runny (which can happen if the fish was improperly frozen), add a couple of tablespoons of semolina or flour.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

Place the steaming container into the multicooker, previously adding 500-700 ml of water into the bowl. Select the "Steam" mode and set the time to 25 minutes. After the time is up, open the multicooker lid and carefully remove the container. Take out the meatballs and serve them hot.
