Fish patties made from bighead carp
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use not only bighead carp, but any white fish fillet. The patties are fried in a pan and served hot. A little secret to the juiciness of these patties is a small piece of pork fat. The remaining ingredients are added as standard to all others. Serve hot.
