Catfish fish patties
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Most people don't particularly like fish patties. If improperly prepared, they may have a muddy smell, especially if the fish was caught in a shallow river. It's better to grind the fish twice through a meat grinder to avoid bones or skin. Fish patties are cooked just like meat patties. The finished dish can be served at the table.
