
Salmon patties from chum salmon
Description
These cutlets turn out incredibly tender, delicious, and juicy. They will easily satisfy your appetite and feed the whole family. Serve these cutlets with a sauce, and as a side dish, prepare a salad mix seasoned with olive oil or balsamic vinegar.

Chum salmon fillet mince or pass through a meat grinder.

Add corn (thawed), egg, lemon zest, salt, pepper, parsley, and tartar sauce to the minced meat. Mix everything well.

Form patties of the desired size from the minced meat. Place them in the freezer until they become slightly firm.

When the patties are slightly frozen, coat them on both sides with breadcrumbs.

In a skillet, heat the sunflower oil and fry the patties over high heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the patties on a baking sheet for another 8 minutes until cooked through.
