Fish patties made from cod mince
Description
Didn't find cod? Feel free to use other types of fish: crucian carp, bighead carp, or salmon. They can be fried in a pan or baked in the oven. Serve with a side dish of potatoes, porridge, or vegetable salad. Grind the fish fillet thoroughly so that the mince is smooth and free of bones.
