Fish meatballs in creamy sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Serving fish meatballs in a creamy sauce can be accompanied by any suitable side dish: porridge, pasta, mashed potatoes, etc. The main thing is to carefully remove all the bones from the fish so they don't end up in the dish, especially if children are eating the meatballs. The ready dish can now be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Step 2

Thaw the sea fish if you bought it frozen. Remove scales, gut, and rinse. Cut off the flesh. Peel the vegetables and rinse them in water. Cut the fish and vegetables into small cubes.

Place all the chopped ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or blender, except for half of the chopped onion — it will be needed for frying. If desired, they can be minced using a meat grinder.

Step 4

Process the slices into minced meat for about 3-4 minutes.

Form small meatball portions from the minced meat, moistening your hands with water.

Step 7

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the meatballs for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Step 8

Pour the remaining onion slices into the pan and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
