
Baked fish meatballs in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In this version, the base will be pollock, but you can use any other fillet you prefer. You can also experiment with the stuffing—adding spices, cream or milk, as well as vegetables, for example. The dish pairs wonderfully with any side dish and is perfect for lunch or dinner. Serve the finished dish hot.

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients and preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

2. Remove the bones and skin from the fish, then cut into small pieces.

3. Peel the onion and cut it into quarters.

4. Put the fish and onion into a blender jar or pass them through a meat grinder. Add the cream, lemon juice, and semolina.

5. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste. Form small meatballs from the mixture and place them in a heatproof dish.
