Fish fillet in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is a diet-friendly recipe, and clarified butter plays an essential role, so it shouldn't be replaced with any other fat. The butter gives the fish a delicious flavor and aroma, although in the latter case rosemary also plays an important part—you'll notice it immediately when you open the oven. Serve hot.
