
Fish casserole with spinach
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you have lasagna sheets that don't require pre-cooking, layer them directly with the filling. Otherwise, you can make little rolls like in this recipe. The result is a very filling and complete dish, suitable not only for dinner but also for a festive table. The baked dish is ready. Serve it.

1. Heat vegetable oil and add minced garlic. Sauté for a minute, stirring. Then add spinach and cook for a few minutes until tender.

2. Cut the fish into small cubes. Add salt, spices, and chopped parsley.

3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour. Sauté, stirring constantly, until lightly golden.

4. Gradually pour in the milk, add salt and nutmeg. Cook the sauce, stirring, until thickened.

5. Cook the lasagna sheets according to the package instructions. Place them on a towel and slightly dry. Put spinach and fish on one end.

6. Carefully roll into a tube and place in a greased heatproof dish.
