1. Prepare the vegetables and fish. For casseroles, it's best to use ready-made fish fillet. Peel the vegetables and thaw the fish.

3. Boil it in salted boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Drain the water. Cover the potatoes with a lid.

4. Coarsely chop the onion. Sauté it in oil until partially cooked. At the end, add the herbs and turn off the heat.

5. Grate the carrots. You can sauté them or leave them raw, as I did.

7. Prepare the custard for the casserole. Combine eggs with sour cream, salt, and spices. Mix vigorously with a fork.
