Fish Platter
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. The key to beautifully presenting sliced fish is its thickness. The thinner the slices, the more elegant the dish will look. For this purpose, you should use a slicer. You can also buy pre-sliced fish—you'll only need to arrange it. It can be served warm or chilled.
