
Fish with a potato crust
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The dish is great because any fish, even the cheapest one, prepared this way will be very tasty! You can use fillet of absolutely any fish. If you don't have a julienne grater, a Korean-style carrot grater or even a regular grater will work perfectly. Serve hot.

1. Wash the fish, and if the fillet is large - cut it into pieces.

2. Grate the potatoes on a special julienne grater (like Korean-style carrots). You can also use a regular grater. Rinse them well until the water becomes clear.

3. Lower into boiling salted water for 30 seconds. Drain in a colander and dry.

4. Beat the egg with a fork, add Parmesan. Mix well.
