
Fish with a surprise
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any fish, for example, pike or zander; in this recipe, I used perch. You can slightly adjust the marinade with spices. There are absolutely no bones in this dish, so it can confidently be served at a festive table—everyone will find it convenient to eat. Serve the fish with fresh or raw vegetables. Serve hot.

1. I already have prepared and cleaned fillets; I thoroughly wash both pieces and dry them with paper towels.

2. Pour water into a bowl, add vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper, mix well, then place the fish fillet into the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, peel and finely chop the onion, then sauté in a frying pan. Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes, wash the parsley and chop finely.

4. In a bowl, mix the fried onion, boiled eggs, and parsley; season slightly with salt and pepper.

5. Grease the foil with vegetable oil, place one fillet on it and sprinkle with half of the cheese.

6. On top of the cheese, I place the previously prepared filling and spread it evenly over the entire surface, sprinkle with cheese again, and cover with the second fillet.

7. Cover the fish with foil and wrap it tightly into a sealed packet. Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 220-250 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.

8. For serving, I let the fish cool and cut it into pieces.
