
Fish baked in foil
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Fish is perfect for baking. You can use either river or sea fish; the latter has fewer bones. This time, I chose hake for baking in foil—a tasty and versatile fish. Instead of lemon juice, you can use vinegar. I serve the finished dish with vegetables and a side dish. See the recipe below. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients.

We thoroughly clean the fish from all excess, then salt and pepper it.

Chop the parsley finely.

Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and place parsley inside.

Wrap each fish in foil with the edges facing up. Grease the foil with oil beforehand.

Place on a baking sheet. Put in an oven preheated to 200°C. Bake for about 20 minutes.

You can open the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes to form a crust. Serve the baked fish hot, straight from the oven.
