Cut the pike-perch fillet or any other fish into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, herbs, and ground nutmeg. Add a tablespoon of oil, mix well. Let it sit for about 20 minutes.

Peel the onion and pepper. Cut the pepper into small slices and the onion into half-rings. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a frying pan, sauté the onion and pepper over low heat until soft.

Place the fish slices in a single layer in a baking dish. The slices should be positioned with the side where the fish skin was facing down. Place the sautéed onions and peppers on top of the fish.
