Baked fish in the oven

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Prepare the fish by cleaning it first, then sprinkle it with lemon juice and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Slice the onion into rings and sauté it in a generous amount of oil. Add shredded carrots and celery to the pan, then sauté everything again. Once ready, add garlic, tomato, and spices to the mixture, then stir well. Transfer the vegetables to a baking dish, place the fish marinated in lemon on top, and drizzle with the remaining oil. Pour in a little hot water and place in the oven to bake. Just before serving, garnish the dish with fresh herbs. The finished dish is ready to be served.
