Baked fish with broccoli
Description
This recipe won't take much time. As it happens, I work quite a lot, and my wife does too. That's why we only allow ourselves to cook elaborate dishes on weekends. On weekdays, the maximum time we can spend preparing dinner is about half an hour. But that doesn't mean we have to eat just sandwiches, right? :) So we know many recipes for complete meals that take no more than thirty minutes to prepare. One such dish is baked fish with broccoli. When we cook for two, our personal record is 20 minutes from start to finish. And the result is a fully satisfying meal in terms of both nutrition and taste. The recipe for baked fish with broccoli is very simple: 1. First, prepare the broccoli. Cut off the stem and carefully separate the rest into small florets. Of course, wash them thoroughly. 2. Meanwhile, rinse the fish fillet (either red or white fish, with bones or boneless—it doesn't matter), then season it with salt and pepper. If desired, you can also drizzle it with lemon juice. 3. Place the broccoli florets and fish onto a greased baking sheet. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then put into the oven and bake for about 12–14 minutes at 190°C (375°F). That's it—within this time, both the fish and broccoli will be perfectly cooked. Serve the dish hot.
