Fish baked in sauce
Description
This is a great low-calorie dish option, except for one "but" – mayonnaise. For those watching their weight, it can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt, for example. The sauce is very simple, yet pairs perfectly with fish.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Wash the fillet (you can use any white fish available), pat dry with a paper towel, and place it in a heatproof dish greased with a small amount of vegetable oil.
- 2
Step 2

2. Wash, thoroughly dry, and chop the green onion. Dill is also excellent for this dish.

Step 3

3. Grate Parmesan (you can use another cheese, but this one is perfect for the sauce).
- 4
Step 4

4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, and green onion. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and a little Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

Step 5

5. Spread the resulting sauce over the fish in a fairly thick layer. For the first 5-7 minutes, cover the baking dish with foil, then remove it so that the fish baked in sauce at home can brown. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until done.
